Prices vary based on the number of vinyl elements used in each design:

  • 1 vinyl → 1 Color

  • $12.000 → Designs with 1 to 3 vinyls

  • $15.000 → Designs with 4 vinyls

  • $20.000 → Designs with 5 or more vinyls

This pricing structure reflects the level of detail and work involved in each keychain design.

 
Do you accept returns or refunds?

We do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, if your product arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

We will gladly arrange a replacement for the affected product.
Are the products handmade?

Yes, our products are carefully handcrafted with attention to detail to ensure quality, durability, and unique designs in every piece.
What happens if the shipping address doesn’t match the selected shipping option?

To ensure fair and accurate shipping costs, orders must match the selected shipping option and delivery address.

If the address provided does not correspond with the chosen shipping rate (for example, local vs. national shipping), the order may be canceled so it can be corrected and placed again with the proper option.

This helps us process all orders smoothly and deliver them without delays.
Do the products look exactly like the photos?

We do our best to represent each product as accurately as possible through photos. However, because our items are handcrafted, slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur.

These natural differences make each piece unique and are part of the handmade process.
