This policy applies to all purchases made through Trazzo official sales channels. -
Return period
You have 30 calendar days from the purchase date to request a return.
The product must remain unused, in good condition, and returned with original packaging and all included elements. You need to present your receipt before the return of the product. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. -
Refund process
After receipt and inspection of the returned product, Trazzo processes the refund using the original payment method. Shipping costs are not refundable unless the return relates to a verified defect or delivery damage. -
Defective or damaged products
If a product arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage caused during shipping, you must contact Trazzo within (48) hours of delivery by email at tiendatrazzo@gmail.com, and provide clear photographic evidence.
After review, Trazzo defines the appropriate solution, including repair, replacement, or refund. -
Conditions for acceptance
Returns are accepted only when the product and packaging remain in good condition, without signs of misuse, alteration, or damage after delivery. -
Customized or made to order products
Products made according to customer specifications or with any type of personalization are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances. -
Exclusions
Products damaged due to improper use, accidents, neglect, or failure to follow provided care instructions are excluded from refunds and returns. -
