By accessing, browsing, or using the Trazzo website and online store, the user agrees to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If the user does not agree with any of these terms, they must refrain from using the services offered. These terms govern access to the website, the purchase of handcrafted products, and the use of the content, tools, and services available.

Trazzo is a brand dedicated to the creation and commercialization of handcrafted products, made through artisanal processes, and operates its online store through the Shopify technology platform. The user acknowledges that Shopify acts solely as a provider of technological infrastructure for e-commerce and that the use of the site is also subject to Shopify’s own terms and policies. Trazzo reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue, in whole or in part, the website or the services offered, at any time and without prior notice.

To make purchases or access certain features of the site, the user may create an account by providing truthful, complete, and up-to-date information. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities carried out through their account. Trazzo shall not be liable for the misuse or unauthorized use of accounts when such use is attributable to the user.

The products offered by Trazzo are handcrafted and handmade; therefore, the user acknowledges and agrees that each piece is unique. Due to their artisanal nature, slight variations in color, texture, shape, size, or finishes may occur. These variations do not constitute manufacturing defects but are inherent characteristics of the handmade process. Images displayed on the website are for reference purposes only and may differ slightly from the final product.

Trazzo strives to describe its products as clearly and accurately as possible. However, the user understands that, given the handcrafted nature of the products, natural differences may exist between individual pieces. Trazzo reserves the right to modify designs, materials, or details without affecting the functionality or quality of the product.

Product prices are expressed in Colombian pesos (COP) and include applicable taxes in accordance with current legislation, unless otherwise stated. Trazzo may modify prices, promotions, and offers at any time, without affecting orders that have already been confirmed. Payments are processed through secure payment gateways operated by third parties, and Trazzo does not store sensitive financial information of users.

Once an order is confirmed, the user will receive a notification through the contact details provided. Production and shipping times may vary due to the handcrafted nature of the products, as well as the recipient’s location and logistical conditions. The user acknowledges that the indicated timeframes are estimates and that reasonable variations may occur. Trazzo shall not be responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or events of force majeure.

Requests for exchanges, returns, and warranties shall be governed by the provisions of the Colombian Consumer Protection Statute (Law 1480 of 2011). Due to the handcrafted and, in some cases, customized nature of the products, certain items may not be eligible for return, except in cases of verifiable quality defects. Each request will be evaluated individually in accordance with the law.

The user agrees to use the website in a lawful and respectful manner, in compliance with applicable regulations, and to refrain from engaging in activities that may affect the operation of the site, the security of the platform, or the rights of third parties. The use of the site for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purposes is strictly prohibited.

All content on the website, including logos, designs, texts, images, photographs, graphics, and visual materials, is the property of Trazzo or its respective owners and is protected by intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of such content without prior express authorization is prohibited.

The website may include links to third-party websites. Trazzo is not responsible for the content, services, policies, or practices of such external sites, and access to them is at the user’s sole responsibility.

To the extent permitted by law, Trazzo shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the website, service interruptions, technical errors, platform failures, or events beyond its reasonable control.

The processing of the user’s personal data is carried out in accordance with Trazzo’s Personal Data Processing Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Service. By using the website, the user declares that they have read and accepted said policy.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent Colombian authorities.

Trazzo reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes shall become effective upon publication on the website, and continued use of the services by the user shall constitute acceptance of such changes.
