At Trazzo, all products are handcrafted and made to order; therefore, each purchase involves a manual production process prior to shipment. By placing an order in our online store, the customer acknowledges and agrees that production and dispatch times may vary depending on the type of product, the quantity ordered, and the workload at the time the order is placed.

Once payment has been confirmed, the order immediately enters the handcrafted production process. Due to the handmade nature of the products, manufacturing times are estimates and may be subject to reasonable variations. Trazzo is committed to informing the customer in the event of any significant delays in the production process.

After the production process is completed, the order will be handed over to the selected shipping carrier for delivery. Delivery times are approximate and depend on external factors such as the recipient’s location, logistical and operational conditions of the carrier, weather conditions, or other force majeure events. Trazzo is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the order has been dispatched.

Shipments are made exclusively to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the information provided is accurate and complete. Trazzo assumes no responsibility for delays, losses, or returns caused by incorrect addresses, recipient unavailability, or inaccurate information provided by the customer.

Shipping costs will be disclosed before completing the purchase and may vary depending on the destination, weight, and volume of the order. Local and national shipping rates are clearly defined on the website. To ensure fair pricing and proper delivery, the selected shipping option must correspond with the delivery address provided. If a discrepancy is detected between the shipping option chosen and the delivery address (for example, selecting a local rate for a national destination), the order may be canceled so the customer can place it again with the correct shipping option. This helps us process orders accurately and avoid delays or misunderstandings. In the event of a cancellation due to this reason, any refund issued will be processed within a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours after the cancellation is confirmed.

In the case of special promotions, such as free shipping, these will apply only under the conditions stated on the website and may be subject to change.

Returns are accepted provided the product and its original packaging are in good condition, unused, and without signs of damage or alteration. The customer must request the return within (48) hours of receiving the order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return results from a verified manufacturing defect or shipping damage.

If a product has a verifiable manufacturing defect or arrives damaged due to causes attributable to the shipping process, the customer must notify Trazzo within forty-four (48) hours of receiving the order by sending photographic evidence to tiendatrazzo@gmail.com, in order to evaluate the situation in accordance with applicable regulations. In such cases, Trazzo will assess the appropriate solution, which does not necessarily imply a return of the product, unless expressly required by law.

Once the order has been dispatched, the customer may receive tracking information when available, which must be consulted directly with the shipping carrier. Trazzo will provide support to the customer in the event of shipping-related issues, without assuming responsibilities that correspond to third parties.

This Shipping Policy forms an integral part of Trazzo’s Terms of Service. By making a purchase, the customer declares that they have read, understood, and expressly accepted the conditions described herein.
